SCREEN PRODUCTION - INVESTMENT
We've refreshed our Production Investment guidelines! This program area will now be known as the Screen Production - Investment program.
- This program is available for producers with narrative or factual feature films, television, online or mobile phone projects.
- It is for production ready projects with a theatrical distributor, broadcaster or distribution partner attached.
- We'll provide between 3 - 10% of the budget with higher percentages considered for some productions eg: factual.
We’ve made some minor changes including requirements related to Indigenous Content, Indigenous Production Placements as well as captioning and audio description.
We have two separate funding strands for this program depending on whether your project is eligible or ineligible for the Federal Producer Offset.

We invest in original, marketable, quality projects that are ready to move into production and can attract Australian and global audiences. This ultimately supports the development of sustainable, innovative Victorian production businesses.
