Logo Usage and Acknowledgements

We’re proud to support you and your project, so we ask that you acknowledge this support by crediting Film Victoria. Your written funding agreement will outline the requirements for crediting us, including use of our logo.

You must only use our logo if you have a written funding agreement with us requiring you to do so, or if you have been given our express permission in writing.

Film Victoria has two logo options: static and animated.

Short (3 secs) and long (7 secs) versions are available as PRORES Quicktime or PNG image sequences for:

Film Victoria static logo

Our logo consists of the ‘V’ icon, the Film Victoria Australia logotype and the Victorian Government insignia.

Acknowledgement of Traditional Owners

Film Victoria encourages producers to acknowledge in their production credits the traditional owners of the land on which their project was produced. The following text is suggested:

The Producers would like to acknowledge the traditional owners of the land on which [Name of Production] was produced OR

Where a producer would like to provide details of the traditional owners of the land on which the project is produced, the following text is suggested:

The Producers would like to acknowledge the [Aboriginal Name] people as the traditional owners of the land on which [Name of production] was produced.
