Based in Victoria, Nicholas has experience working as an Assistant Editor on Blackfella Films' DNA and First Contact. He has a broad skill set around moving image and design and a passion for the creative process - from idea generation through to post-production.
Supported through Film Victoria's Key Talent Placement Program, Nicholas will take on a 6-8 week post-production placement where he will shadow the assistant editor, and learn the workflow and systems on television drama.
Nicholas will also spend some time observing the two editors with the post-production supervisor talking through workflows, schedules, deliveries and acquiring a general overview of post-production in a drama context.
