VIC game practitioner set to get mobile at Yodo1

  15 Feb 2018

Commencing her placement in April, Meghan will spend six months working alongside Yodo1's Business Development & Marketing team and develop a clear picture of the overall structure and considerations of games production, publishing and marketing.

The placement will also provide Meghan with valuable insight into the specifics of the Chinese games market within the context of the business development and marketing team.

Currently working as an account executive at Melbourne-based games marketing consultancy Lumi, Meghan is thrilled to develop her international development skills in this unique opportunity.

Chatting about her placement objectives, Meghan said: “I'm extremely excited about my upcoming placement with Yodo1 in Beijing!

“As a consulting professional in the games industry and a solid gamer, I'm very much looking forward to unravelling the driving forces behind the Chinese games market, development and publishing scenes. This is also my first foreign placement experience, and I can only begin to describe how I'm feeling – excited, anxious and a little scared, super curious, and motivated beyond anything. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity, and I intend to take full advantage.”
