Program Services Officers

1 x fixed term 12 month maternity leave position

1 x full time ongoing position

Film Victoria is seeking people with a passion for administration to join our Program Services team.

The Programs Services team are responsible for administering Film Victoria’s funding programs; acting as a first point of contact for enquiries, deadlines, and application details; coordinating funding meetings; drafting funding agreements; and monitoring payments and deliverables; ensuring governance and records management requirements are met; and generally supporting the efficient running of the organisation’s program administrative services.

The ideal applicants will be experienced office professionals with the ability to develop and coordinate processes, people and systems in a busy and time sensitive workplace. Other essential attributes are:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • High level communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work collaboratively with team members
  • Demonstrable computer skills
  • Proven experience in delivering excellent service to both internal and external clients
  • Initiative, adaptable to change and solutions oriented.
