Program Services Coordinator (PSC)
Full time, ongoing position
Film Victoria is seeking an experienced and driven team coordinator with highly developed interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, superior planning skills and extensive administrative experience to join our Program Services Team.
Alongside the existing team coordinator this position is responsible for managing a team of program services officers and for ensuring quality and consistency in the end to end administration of Film Victoria’s funding programs. The PSCs are also required to provide sound advice on policy and governance, manage internal projects and provide hands-on assistance as required.
The ideal applicant will demonstrate:
- Strong leadership/people management skills
- A high degree of initiative and problem solving skills
- An understanding of government
- Strong analytical skills
- Advanced computer skills and database literacy
- Extensive planning and organising skills.
A knowledge of the Australian screen industry and experience in program development will also be highly regarded.
