John is a multi-award winning commercial editor from Toronto, Canada and living in Melbourne. After moving to Perth from Canada, John began working in WA’s leading post houses on commercials, features and documentaries.
In 2022 his work earned a prestigious ASE Ellie nomination for Best Editing in a Commercial. He’s proud to have received two consecutive ‘Editor of the Year’ Awards in 2021 and 2022 from WA’s advertising industry body, the PADC, among project-specific awards for editing and directing.
Specialising in After Effects, he loves using mixed-media and emerging visual trends to visually and emotionally elevate the story of every project.
